My name is Ashley Ponsolle, and I am quite literally the “Smash” in Smashed Ink. I’ve been in this industry for a long time (and if my picture doesn’t already give that away… I’m definitely not spelling it out for you). I’ve worked with founders across just about every industry you can imagine—not because I’ve memorized the ins and outs of each niche, but because I understand the mind of a small business owner.
